Personal and intimate, the contributors talk via smartphones about their relationships with anxiety in their place of comfort, mixed with imagery and sequences inspired by the filmmakers’ own experiences.

Stephen is a London-based director, known for his work with emerging artists. His career took off with the BBC Academy's 'Production Trainee Scheme,' and he’s directed films for the Tate and a documentary on black queer culture in Johannesburg. Lily is a director and photographer focused on women, heartbreak, and intimacy. Her photography has been exhibited in London and New York. Previously directing music videos, she’s now creating her first solo short film with a positive portrayal of anxiety.
